    What's special

    We have 3 fruit trees in the backyard, a beautiful avocado tree, grapefruit and a mango tree. We also have a small shed for storage located next to the mango tree. A clothesline next to the storage shed. A patio tile floor and a handicapped brick ramp with rod iron railings leading from the patio to the living room thru the sliding glass door from the backyard. This ramp is very useful to use when moving furniture in and out of the house. The garage is spacious with some cabinets for storage that my dad made. A new roof was put on in June of 2017 thru Home Depot Home Services using GAF energy saving shingles that reflect heat to keep the house cooler in the summer and permit was granted thru the city of La Puente. 5-bedroom windows have been replaced with double pane also thru Home Depot Services and granted permits thru the city of La Puente. Bedroom window located by ½ bathroom replaced in May 2015. 2 bedrooms located by full bath replaced 2017. In December of 2015 the piping for the water service from the meter to the house was replaced to include all upgraded codes and city permits. In December 2017 a 2-way cleanout was installed so any plumbing needs to be snaked/unclogged and be done at driveway in front of house and not on the roof and city permit granted.
