No loud music, voices, or any other loud noises during quiet hours. Please be respectful of the permanent residents who are your neighbors at all times. Absolutely No Parties Allowed. Any parties will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Filming and photoshoots are NOT allowed. Tampering with any of our security devices (doorbell camera, security panel, and sensors) on the property will incur a fee of at least $250 or the actual cost of remediation whichever is higher. Smoking, vaping, marijuana, or any substance is not allowed anywhere in the home. These will incur a fee of at least $250 or the actual cost of remediation, whichever is higher. No Open Flames - Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames. If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $250, or the actual cost of remediation, whichever is higher. Lost Remote Control (A/C, TV, FAN) will incur an additional charge of $50 each. Lost/Left Items - We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. Damages and Breakages - We expect you to take good care of our property however for inevitable breakages and damages you will be charged $250 or the actual cost of remediation whichever is higher. Stained Linens will incur a charge of $40 for each stained linens. Any additional guests/pets not stated in the reservation will incur a charge of $50 per night for each extra guest/pet. **Pet Rules** Cats and Dogs ONLY Pets must be house-trained **Pet Fees** $20 per pet, per night (12 days or less) $250 per pet, per month (13 days or more) A remediation FEE of $250 will be charged for any damage beyond normal, reasonable use--including pet messes not cleaned up by you at the end of your stay. **Mail Service NOT Supported** Mail or package delivery to the unit is not available. We cannot be held liable for personal mail. We recommend getting a personal mailbox at the nearest UPS or Postal Annex for mail delivery. After stepping off a flight or coming from a long drive, some simply just want to check in early, shower, and rest. Don't hesitate to check with us for availability. We offer the following arrival times: 1. Early Arrival at 2 pm CST for $40.00 2. Super Early Arrival at 12:30 CST for $55.00 3. Red-Eye Arrival any time after 9 am CST for $100.00 As you may be aware, our standard check-out time is 11:00 am CST. However, we've found from time to time that our guests appreciate a late check-out. Don't hesitate to check with us for availability. We offer the following departure times: 1. Late Check-out at 12 pm CST for $35.00. 2. Super Late Check-out at 1:30 CST for $50.00. 3. Mega Late Checkout any time until 5 pm CST for $100.00. Noise Sensors - it DOES NOT record actual sounds or conversation. It simply detects and measures the excessive noise levels that go over the set threshold. . **Other Things to Note** To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check and sign a guest agreement. . This modern space is in a safe neighborhood, and very close to the two main streets in the city; Jackson St, and MacArthur Dr. This means you are close to businesses and food. .
