There is a small wine bar (we created a coffee bar instead) with chiller/refrigerator in between upstairs master bath and master bedroom. 2 Car Garage (for mid-sized cars) or 1 Car, Golf Cart & Motorcycle (speaking from our personal experience!). Cul-de-sac has parking spaces for extra car, as well as visiting guests. HOA amenities are directly across the cul-de-sac and include beautiful pool, spa, tennis courts, horseshoe pit, and outdoor barbecue area. Includes large patio area with outdoor fireplace for entertaining. This HOA is the most user-friendly HOA we've participated in. There are only about 20 homes that have shared access and the facilities are only lightly used.
