    Overall, we had a very good experience with Creative Homes. The communication between the builders rep the realtor and ourselves far surpassed what we had expected. The only slight downside was there was not much wiggle room in anything we did. It was pretty much, here’s the options and these are your choices. I understand that it’s not 100% a custom home, but there may have been a few things that would’ve been nice to been changed, had we had a chance. All in all I think it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family as a quality home builder.

    CJ was great he responded quickly and we felt he was working for us but expansion joints in garage are just cracks, level of dirt and dust on the basement and garage floors were terrible (have pictures)
