I am a remote working, former New Yorker, living in Austin now for 4 years. I am an avid traveler, explorer, and a connoisseur of experiencing new cultures and learning. I am very neat and organized, and low key. I live in the unit, but will be traveling for most of the summer and will be out of this unit completely for all of June and July, so the place will be solely occupied by yourself. However I will have the 2nd bedroom door off limit. I will be onsite to transfer over and walkthrough the unit and building, however, after that, all communications will be via phone / facetime (if necessary). I do require that the person who occupies the unit will not play loud music or host any parties. This is truly for someone who is low key, wants to explore a new city, and is content with a peaceful living environment.
