We have beautiful views of the ocean from our deck that can be seen as soon as you walk through the door! Only one flight of stairs to walk up or you can use the elevator. Just a few steps from the beach board walk along with the heated pool and Jacuzzi. If you need a change of scenery the sound side is across the street with access to the sound side pool and board walk. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a twin/full bunk bed. We also have a sleeper sofa. Our community feels very safe, with security patrolling both the sound and ocean side. Renters are responsible for all utilities and the security deposit is due at signing. No outside maintenance required.
