An additional fee may be required if an adult is unable to be screened through Zillow. In addition to the credit/background check, a completed application form is required. Applications with completed credit/background checks are processed in the order received and will be declined if any information provided by the prospective tenant(s) during the application process is found to be false or misleading. A lease agreement is extended at the sole discretion of the owner(s) once the application process is completed.
