Walkable to great restaurants, cafes, and shops. Covered porch is so nice to sit upon. Downstairs is an office, a dining room that could be separated with doors, kitchen and living room. Upstairs is a big bedroom area with a workspace and full bath. Rental term: May 6th (could be earlier) to August 20th. Utilities are separately charged, about 100-200 a month for electric and 50 for internet. This rental is available until the end of November, ish, but is flexible. Could go until early January or even longer. It is furnished and I want someone to water the plants. Utilities not included, and I can give an estimation of their cost. If you will mow the lawn (mower included), 100 dollars off a month in summer/fall.
