The apartment has plenty of natural light with a full kitchen, bath, living and dining is located on the side of our house that has spectacular views of the city. We have lived in our South Hill home for 32 years .....It is a magical property that is wooded, quiet and private. We are walking distance to the Perry District, Manito Park, coffee shops and restraunts as well as only a few miles from downtown. As you walk into the apartment there is a large window providing a beautiful wooded area. To the left is a table where I have enjoyed drinks looking out the window. To the right is a couch where guests can relax and watch TV. Further down is the full kitchen with all new appliances. The full bath is all new and the bedroom comes with a large closet and dresser along with a very comfortable queen size bed. We live in our home full time and share the washer and dryer that is in the basement. We invite guests to enjoy our shaded patio outside of the apartment. All utilities included. No smoking or vaping. No pets. 2 people max. Will accept short term leases. We live in the main house. The apartment access is through the garage only. Parking available on the driveway
