One of the bathrooms includes a jacuzzi bathtub with a waterfall rain spout, and the other bathroom boasts an oversized walk-in shower big enough to accommodate 2-3 people. The bedrooms have a king, queen, & twin bed configuration including luxurious foam mattresses. Each room features large flatscreen tv's and each bedroom is equipped with lighted closets with robes. Living room is furnished with period perfect furniture and has a large 70" flatscreen tv with a full entertainment package included. Dining room is adjacent to its super cute retro kitchen and seats up to 6 people, including all dining and dishware for entertainment purposes. Kitchen is fully stocked with quality knives, dishware, pots & pans, glassware and all necessary utensils. Step out back to enjoy an amazing backyard and patio that includes a 4 person jacuzzi, 70" flatscreen tv, festival lighting, with separate dining and lounge areas. Backyard is equipped with BBQ and numerous games and activities, including cornhole, axe throwing, and volleyball court. The entire exterior of the property is elegantly lit dusk to dawn.
1. Term of Lease: Seeking quality tenants, for a duration of 1-12 months, but willing to consider alternative arrangements through discussion.
2. Rent Payment: The monthly rent shall be paid by the 1st of each month. Payment can be made in person or by electronic transfer. A late fee will be applied if not paid within 3 days.
3. Security Deposit: A security deposit of $6800 shall be paid upon signing this lease agreement. The security deposit will be returned within 7 days after the termination of the lease, minus any deductions for damages or outstanding rent.
4. Utilities: -Not Included
5. Maintenance and Repairs: The landlord is responsible for major repairs and maintenance unless damages are caused by the tenant's negligence. The tenant shall promptly notify the landlord of any necessary repairs.
6. Use of Premises: Only by authorized tenants - no subleasing
7. Subleasing: Subleasing is strictly prohibited.
8. Inspection: The landlord reserves the right to inspect the premises with reasonable notice to the tenant.
9. Insurance: The tenant is required to maintain renter's insurance for the duration of the lease term.
10. Quiet Enjoyment: The tenant must abide by the city noise ordinance. Quiet hours are 10-7am.
11. Parking: driveway parking and street parking available. Garage use is not included due to owners use.

- Contactless Check-in time is 4PM - 2AM
- No Extra/Overnight Guests (If the number of guests doesn't match the stated guests in the reservation, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
- No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture (unless otherwise specified)
- No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku, etc.
- Quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM
