There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. There is a zero-tolerance policy for weapons or drugs, and police will be called for violating this rule. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check.
