Small front yard is fenced and considered a common area to allow your dogs some room for relief (pet mess is your responsibility.) No trash service to the house, trash drop off is located just up the road at Pushaw station. We can provide trash service for an additional $50/month. We would like to have a one year lease term signed, month-to-month available at a higher fee. Background check or some type of security clearance required. We are located on a 5 acre property with chickens, bees (well away from the house) and a large garden, backwoods with access to shoot firearms. Opportunity to earn additional income with some projects around the house or babysitting (we have 4 young kiddos.)
