Red Rock Roost is situated in a quiet neighborhood that feels secluded but is minutes to grocery stores, restaurants, hospital or hikes. Out the back door is a local trail great for bikers or a stroll. Savor the view of Thunder Mountain and Cathedral Rock while lounging by the fire pit or watch the sunset from the Hot tub. Red Rock Roost feels like a home away from home with the company of friends/family! Owner will pay all utilities. However, there will be a $250 cap on electricity. You will be responsible for excessive electric bills over $250 a month. Absolutely no smoking for vaping anywhere in the house or on the property. There will be a fee of $500 if there is any evidence of smoking or vaping. There is an outdoor parking area to the left of the house. Housekeeping is included for 1 visit a month. The hot tub will be maintained for you. You will be required to pay if additional cleaning required or if there is any damage to the hot tub. House may be leased for up to 3 months. It is available from June 1st - August 31st
