This is a very unique structure. It is one of the original Deltec "Round Houses before they became Deltec. On the bottom level, there is a large family room with a wood burning stove, full bathroom, kichenette, and large storage closet. The second level has a large open living room/dining room that is surrounded by windows. The kitchen is huge, with built in double ovens, large island in the center with a smooth top cooking area, trash compactor, dishwasher, and a 2 year old Samsung Smart refrigerator. There are 2 doors in the kitchen opening up to the huge deck. There is a bathroom on the second floor with shower. There is a laundry room, and a bonus room that we've actually used as a 4th bedroom. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and a huge office that opens up to the upper deck. The master bedroom also opens up to the upper deck. There is a huge walk-in closet in the master and a 2 room bathroom all inclusive of the master bedroom area. There is also a second full bath on the third floor. There is a hardwired security system with 3 panels and 4 cameras that will stay with the property. The roof was replaced 2 years ago, the hot water heater just replaced. Upstairs bedrooms, stairs, and office are all solid oak hardwood floor that was installed in 2010. What it needs is new windows everywhere except for the kitchen, some work on the outside decks, outside paint, and new flooring in the LR and DR. It also needs some minor ceiling work in the laundry room from a previous leak that has since been repaired. There is a ductless heatpump upstairs, and if I were staying there, I would put one in the middle level as well. There is a wall AC in the kitchen that runs on 220 and it does cool the entire middle level. There is still some of the original baseboard heaters in it, but they are just not practical to use. This is a very 1970's looking house that does need some TLC but by no means could not be lived in now.
