The bathroom is shared with an apartment across the Hall. The shared bathroom was completely redone about a year ago. Great porch with long pew. Locking bike shed. Sorry, I love them, but no pets. On the edge of downtown. On a main East-West bike route to the University. Parking available at extra cost depending on number and size. There is a small raised garden area available and a compost bin. First, last and deposits for cleaning, damage & keys. Please, do not disturb the residents! Location! Location! Location! This apartment is centrally located just a couple of blocks from downtown and 7 blocks from the UofO.
