On the edge of downtown. On a main East-West bike route to the University. Parking available at extra cost depending on number and size. There is a small raised garden area available and a compost bin. First, last and deposits for cleaning, damage & keys. Please, do not disturb the residents! Location! Location! Location! This apartment is centrally located just a couple of blocks from downtown and 7 blocks from the UofO. Within 3 blocks: McDonald Theater, Eugene Public Library, LTD Downtown Bus Station, The Kiva Grocery, Fally Sky Brewery, Bill & Tim's BBQ, Ta Ra Rin Thai, Cheba Hut, Makoto Japanese Restaurant, La Perla Pizzaria, McMenamins High Street, Mom's Pies . . . etc. Within 6 Blocks: Newman's Fish Market, Safeway Grocery, Hiron's Pharmacy, Starbucks Coffee, Peace Health Medical Center, Spice 'n' Steam, Toshi's Ramen, Tokyo Ramen, The Beir Stein, Ambrosia Restuarant, 541 Sushi, The Hult Center, Mezza Luna Pizzeria, Killer Burger, all the great places on 13th across from the UofO . . . etc. We are currently building a shared laundry in the basement in the building next door, which should be finished in mid-April.
