There is a back porch/sun room for additional storage. Friendly and quiet building. We are finishing up the remodel and it should be ready to move in by Nov. 1. Rent includes HEAT, trash, sewer and water. Tenant pays for electric (appliances and lights). There is NO laundry in the building but a laundry mat is located nearby. Pets are considered on a case by case basis with a limit of 2 animals. First month's rent and one month rent security deposit required upon move in. One year leasing.
