Rent includes heat, trash, sewer and water. Tenant pays for electric (appliances and lights). Pets are considered on a case by case basis with a limit of 2 animals. First month's rent and one month rent security deposit required upon move in. One year leasing. We will conduct a background/credit check. Application fee is $25.
