Must be completed and signed by employer. All income verification must be notarized/corporate seal on corporate letterhead. Letter must include position, hourly rate, annual rate and length of employment with company. 7. If any of the employment requirements are not met the potential tenant can be placed on a waiting list until all requirements have been satisfied and approved by the Board. 8. Notarized affidavit of occupancy. 9. Credit check and criminal background check for all applicants/co-applicants/residents 18 years and older. Credit must be 675+. 10.
