Neighborhood Description It is very quiet. This property is at the end of Preakness Lane in a cul-de-sac. Preakness Lane is now a public street since we petitioned the town to take it over. The homeowners in this neighborhood (11 Homes) did not want to be responsible to take care of the street except we all contribute ($50) for the circle at the end of the cul-de-sac. The neighborhood is tree line with underground utilities and all properties are 1.39 - 1.50 Acres each. I love walking out into the driveway and looking at the clear night sky above with stars and galaxies above beckoning my imagination. No I'm not an incurable dreamer. At 65 I still look and am amazed!!
