The studio apartment would make a fantastic master bedroom! Neighborhood Description This is a small neighborhood of 12 houses, that is very quiet, safe and peaceful. You could leave your wallet on top of the car for a week and it would ok. The house is only 4 minutes from I89 the main route through VT, so you do have quick access to the big city if you want it 20 minutes away, but the house is also north enough to only be 30 minutes from Smugglers Notch Skiing! There's like zero light pollution so you can see stars horizon to horizon at night, and the occasional deer in the back yard is not unheard of. The town of Milton is about 5 minutes away and that has all the services like grocery stores, McDonald's, etc that you will need to live comfortably.
