Long term (min 1 year) rentals only. Multiple years include an annual rent escalator. 1st Month Rent + Deposit ($2,000) = $4,000 due at lease signing. Deposit returned if property is in good condition. Renter responsible for: all utilities (electric + water+ internet/TV) in renter's name. Property includes a septic tank and thus disposal of inapropriate items can cause additional servicing, which would be at the expense of the tenant.
