Photo identification is required. All of our properties are non-smoking properties. No smoking is permitted inside any of our rental homes. You will be required to pay a security deposit at the time of lease signing. The security deposit will serve as a reservation fee until you move in and convert to your security deposit when you take possession. We evaluate criminal history. If any information provided on your application proves to be false or misleading, your application will be denied and your application fee(s) forfeited.
