The Overlook Mountain Retreat is located in Clayton, GA. This home is in the heart of the town where you can walk to many shops and restaurants. You are just a few minutes to the Tallulah gorge and many other hiking trails as well as lake access to one of 3 lakes in the area. With 3 bedrooms and 2 separate living rooms, this house can accommodate multiple guests comfortably. Full washer/ dryer, grill with patio and deck and fire place on those cold nights. This is your home away from home! I am available via phone/ text and able to help as needed but will not be at the home. Start of the Blue Ridge Mountains. You can walk to town, but will need a car/ truck to get to any of the hiking, fishing, swimming areas. Renter will be responsible for all utilities. Owner will pay for landscaping. Lease terms are flexible. Would like a 6-12 month lease. No smoking inside the home.
