Rent is negotiable based on the tenant's farming and landcare interest, from $2,700 to $4,500. The lease is triple net. This property is fully licensed for agricultural hemp, with established planting fields and a drying barn. A tenant interested in farming could complete the requisite paper work to opeate the hemp cultivation.
