It encompasses unusual architecture - original wood windows, high lofted and beamed ceilings. Between the rear of the cottage and the garage there is an expansive deck with steps leading down to the garden and driveway. The garden has mature oak trees and a variety of succulents. The main oak has a small wooden "Juliet Balcony" platform for reading or an evening cocktail! The stove in the fireplace is an electric version of an old stove, but it still provides warmth and charm among the other décor. Throughout the home, you’ll enjoy an eclectic mix of art and photography, garnered from all over the world. The bedrooms are located at each end of the house with the bathroom, and 2 hall closets in between. There are beautiful hard wood floors with area rugs throughout the home. Bedrooms have closets and two windows each with blinds and coverings. The beds have pillow top mattresses for ultimate comfort. One bedroom has 32" color TV with cable box. The newly renovated bathroom, has a walk-in tiled shower with glass doors, marble seat and a "stained glass " window. An updated kitchen features all stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops, fully equipped with everything one needs to produce the perfect meal. The living room offers plenty of seating to enjoy movies on HBO and the included sports package, along with BBC World News. Feel free to bring your own DVD’s to screen on the player.
