Great property. Shows amazingly well. Built in 2008 very, very spacious and comfortable with vaulted ceilings, granite countertops, italian tile and drawer chests in every closet. Alarm ready. Can park up to 5 cars comfortably. House completely sound proof and great neighbors. Lawn is easily maintained. There is no association, so easy living. Small boat could fit but must be parked inside the patio in order to be compliant with the city (it cannot be seen parked as a regular car). Easy showing.
