This house is a monthly vacation rental that would be perfect for "Snow Birds" or those just wanting a great month at the beach. Fully furnished with everything you need. It is still available for several months in 2019. January, Feb. March, April, May, June, Sept. My house was built 15 years ago and offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living/dining room and kitchen. There are beautiful views of the ocean from the living room and deck. Sitting out on the deck drinking a glass of local wine and watching the sunset is a great way to end your day. Comfortable for up to four people but can sleep 6 if using the sofa bed in living area. One parking space available on driveway. Ample parking on the street in front or on the side. No garage is available. If staying for more than a month the tenant will be responsible for trash, electric, gas, sewer and water bills.
