Hi there! We have a beautiful basement that is ready to rent! Our home sits on just under an acre, and it is fully fenced. There's a garden, a beautiful green space, chickens, a playplace, etc :) The apartment has 2 huge bedrooms off of a main living room / kitchen combo area. There is also a nice, built in desk in the hallway with storage on both sides, and a large bathroom with a double vanity and separate shower/bath/toilet area. Countertops are granite in desk area, bathroom and kitchen. You would use the mudroom as your entrance (we'll share the mudroom :) And then there's an entrance to the basement off of the mudroom. We're asking our downstairs 'neighbors' to pay $1050 a month + $150 as a flat fee for all utilities and internet. We are open to a month to month contract, but would charge a bit more/month if that's the case. We would also consider an outdoor dog, or indoor/outdoor cats at additional charge, but - sorry - not indoor dogs. Here's a video of the home, posted by the realtor from a year ago.
