The Expanded version of the Rockwood II plan adds 270sf of living space, which is accomplished by making the plan three feet wider. The garage is two feet wider than the original plan, and has two single doors. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are larger, and the hall bath is somewhat larger with a larger vanity than the original plan. The family room windows are also different from the Rockwood II. The dining room is wider, and defined by a single column. The master bedroom is also wider and now includes a double tray ceiling, which is framed by a gabled roof on the back exterior of the home. Like the original plan, the entry and family room ceilings are over ten feet high.
