Price for the room is $700 flat. And you can use the washer and dryer we have! We are renting out a pretty decent size room in the basement of this beautiful home. You will have your own private bathroom that includes a shower, and it is the only bedroom in the basement and you can feel free to use the basement tv and entertainment system whenever you want. We have a racing simulator in there too. There is a pretty big backyard and you can do whatever you want with it. Basement does not have a kitchen, so the kitchen would be the only thing shared but we can get you a separate fridge if you want. I think it is important for you to know that the people who are already living here are pretty chill people. There is 1 girl and 2 guys, all in their 20's. We are all really respectful of each other and don't mess with each others stuff. We don't really party that much but if do, we will ask you first and communicate with you. All of us also work full-time and the house is usually empty. Which is why we are trying to rent out a room. Anyone regardless of race or gender who is not a gang member or a serial killer can rent out this room! Yessir. No cap.
