The Casita was built in 2022.It has one bedroom, one bathroom,a family room and a kitchenette. The Casita is fully furnished.The kitchenette has a full sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, portable cooking top,air fryer and crock pot.The renter is welcome to occasionally use the landlord's full sized oven. The living room has a 55 inch TV,a coffee table with a lift up top and two recliners.The bedroom has a queen sized bed with storage, a bed side table and a dresser. The bathroom has a walk in shower.All furnishings are new.Renters have access to a new washer and dryer located in the main house.A mini split provides refrigerated air and heat for the Casita. he parking area in front of the Casita is large and the entire property is fenced.There is excellent lighting outside of the area provided by motion detectors. Because the Casita is on top of a hill, the custom built front porch provides lovely views,and the 4700 foot elevation makes the property at least 10-15 degrees cooler than Tucson in the summer. While the property is located on a dead end road and is exceptionally quiet and private, it is also close to restaurants, churches, the post office, the local gym,the popular coffee shop, and other amenities. The town of Oracle is also unique because of its colorful history and its proximity to hiking trails, ATV trails, and mountain biking. In addition the residents come from a variety of backgrounds and include many artists and authors. The small town atmosphere and the wonderful sense of community makes Oracle a wonderful place to live. The fact that it's only 10 miles from the outskirts of Tucson, also makes it convenient. Last but not least, the landlord lives on the property,and she goes above and beyond to make ensure a great quality of life for her renters. Landlord will pay all utilities.This includes electricity, water, sewer, trash removal and wifi. In addition to the free channels on the Roku TV, the landlord pays for Netflix, AMC PLUS,MAX and Peacock. No smoking is allowed in Casita. Renters are allowed to have one cat or small dog. Aditional small pets are negotiable. There is a small fenced in area in front of the covered porch for dogs. Cleaning up after dogs on a daily basis is appreciated. Renters have their own driveway and a separate gate to the property. They also have their own area to park. Renter are welcome to use landlord's washer and dryer and are requested to schedule schedule use at least one day in advance. Renter must provide their own laundry supplies. Length of lease is negotiable.
