The living room chaise can be converted into a single bed, accommodating up to five guests. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis, with an additional $150 pet cleaning fee for special cleaning after your stay. Parking is available in the private lot behind the building for $15 per night, on a first-come, first-served basis, and must be reserved ahead of time. For stays of 28 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of $90 will be charged. A Pack n' Play and high chair are available upon request for $10 per night. A welcome booklet will be emailed two weeks prior to arrival, and arrival instructions will be sent three days before check-in. There is a $150 lost key fee and a $100 lockout fee.
