I am a 37 year old male accountant looking for a roommate. My 1300 sq ft two bedroom apartment is on a renewed lease for a year term that is starting on 9/1. This place ISN'T a sketchy illegal rooming house like the many ads you've probably already read by this point. I am clean, I take care of my apartment and I have a rock solid track record of meeting my obligations. Just looking for someone who can help me hold down the fort and that is as responsible as I am.
