Important to know that the house is on an 18 acre parcel field, with 500 ft of river-front. Additional Note: the zillow listing incorrectly lists the last sale as for $65,000 in 2007. In fact, the last sale, when I purchase it, was $135,000 in 1992. In 2007 I sold the development rights on the field to the Chelan Douglas Land Trust for $65,000. This in no way impacts a large residential zone around the house. It also does not make it public land in any way, but simply limits my ability to subdivide the land into 5 acre parcels and build additional houses, which is not something I want to do anyway.
