The living room is large and there is a 3 Season Porch that has been used year round with an electric heater. It has storm windows. There are washer/dryer hookups in the shared utility room on the ground floor with some storage available. The kitchen includes a refrigerator and an electric stove/oven. There is not Central Air. Renter would have to provide a window A/C or Floor A/C. Landlord is responsible for the Water, Sewage & Garbage and Lawn Care. Renter is responsible for all other utilities. A signed Application is required by all tenants 18 yrs and older which includes criminal background checks, proof of employment for the last 3 months and a contact for the Landlord from the previous rental. An application must be filled out and returned online prior to appointment. PROOF OF RENTERS Insurance must be presented before signing the Lease.
