- If successful, you will need first, last & deposit (that is three month's rent) up front to sign a lease.
Note: I'm not sure if Zillow charges applicants extra for an online application but please don't spend extra money on this up front because I will only rent to people I've met in any case.
Trash, water, snow removal and lawn maintenance are included. All other utilities (wifi, cable, electricity, gas, telephone, etc) are the tenant's responsibility.
