Laundry facilities are shared for the 12-unit building and are coin operated. AVAILABLE NOW APPLICATIONS: - Looking for responsible, long-term tenant(s). - Emails with info about you and what you are looking for will be given preference over automated responses. - If you sound like a decent human, I will set up a time to meet you at the condo. - I own this condo (which I used to live in) and will not jerk you around like most Property Management companies with useless application fees. - However, I will need to meet every applicant IN PERSON to screen them. - After that, you will need to undergo a background check. I use turbotenant.com for this and they charge a one time fee of $45 per person. - If successful, you will need first, last & deposit (that is three month's rent) up front to sign a lease.
