The backyard has one of the best and largest state of the art disc golf courses, acres of beautiful trees, tennis courts, skate parks, city pool and more. The inside gives you a sense of peace and comfort. $5 uber ride into old town, if you don't prefer to use the trail to bike. Less than a 10 min walk is one of my favorite breweries and farm table food. Can't beat this location!! Owner pays for trash & water. Renter pays for electric can be anywhere from $25-100, depends on how frugal you are.
