There is a storage space under the building. This house is located very close to a busy road, and it does not have central a/c, most tenants choose to use window a/c's. The best source of heat is the wood stove, but it has electric baseboard heat also. It is on well and septic, with good water pressure, so there is no cost to the tenant.
