We love Tidewater Beach so much that we have three units there now. All of our units are professionally managed by a local company ensuring top-quality and fast service! You can contact us directly for discounted rates, but your bookings will be run through Panhandle Getaways for your peace of mind. 1217 is our largest unit and the one we've had the longest. It's also the one our family uses when we visit the area and is definitely one of the nicest units in the building. With two master bedrooms and an additional bedroom and bunkroom, this unit sleeps eight and can easily accommodate two families. Most everything has been completely updated from the original build and finishes. It's also a corner unit providing phenomenal sunrise AND sunset views as well as overlooking all of pier park. Rates run from as low as $180 per night to as high as $660 per night depending on the season and substantial discounts apply to long-term guests such as winter snow birds. There are additional fees and taxes, but I'm glad to provide an "all-in" price for any given dates. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
