This 3 bedroom, 2 bath is one of my favorite floor plans. I call it a 2 1/2 bedroom because one room is better used as a guest room/office or nursery. The floor plan puts the space where people want it. There really is no comparison between a fully foamed energy efficient construction and the way homes were built even a few years ago. This is a fabulous little neighborhood and conveniently located.
