Hello! My husband and I purchased a home and are looking for someone to take over our lease. Our landlord, Noah Summers, has given us permission to find someone to take over our lease. Summary: -Available: 1/31/2021 (start date can be modified to later or earlier if needed). -Lease end date: 5/31/2021 OR 5/31/2022 Price stays the same no matter which move out date is selected. -Rent $1855 per month This includes one dog (50-pound limit and no aggressive breeds), washer and dryer for up to two people (if more people on lease then it is an extra $10/person/month). My husband and I both work from home and are very flexible with viewing times. We just ask that masks be worn during the viewing. We only had to mow four times all summer since we are not required to water the yard.
