Hello! My husband and I purchased a home and are looking for someone to take over our lease. Our landlord, Noah Summers, has given us permission to find someone to take over our lease. Summary: -Available: 1/31/2021 (start date can be modified to later or earlier if needed). -Lease end date: 5/31/2021 OR 5/31/2022 Price stays the same no matter which move out date is selected. -Rent $1855 per month This includes one dog (50-pound limit and no aggressive breeds), washer and dryer for up to two people (if more people on lease then it is an extra $10/person/month). My husband and I both work from home and are very flexible with viewing times. We just ask that masks be worn during the viewing.
