I have a 2 bed one bath house for sale. We were in the process of remodeling it until the contractor decided to stop without warning. So it is gutted right now. It’s just been sitting. It’s located in Ellenboro. It does have a well and septic on the property. It has 3 out buildings as well. It’s on .66 acres of land so you can continue with the remodel or tear it down totally up to you. Asking $25,000 obo need to sell asap… our loss your gain.
