We have made this apartment out of an old restaurant that was on the property. We live in a rural area in Hinkle, which is about 20 minutes from Walmart. The apartment has been rented previously but just became vacant, so we are remodeling for the next tenant. New flooring, paint throughout and new window blinds. We have 2 other rentals on the property, along with our home so looking for someone who enjoys quiet living. Should be available around April 1st.
