The second bedroom is smaller and probably more appropriate for an office or a craft room. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. There's no basement so the washer and dryer are on the main floor. There is a garage, but I use it for my shop so it's not available for the renter to use. There's a small yard to mow and snow to be moved and it is possible that could be arranged to be done.
