There's an ergonomic workspace in the bedroom with a standup desk. It's in a boutique building that's very central and pedestrian. It's located at the end of Lincoln Road just 1 block from Trader Joe's and a Citibike station, an 8-min bike to beach and to Flamingo Park, and Sunset Harbor Park is just across a pedestrian bridge from my building. Price is $2,600 plus utilities. Owner pays for water and HOA fees. Renter responsible for electric and internet. First month's rent and security deposit due at signing. Security deposit may not be used for last month's rent. Absolutely no smoking cigarettes allowed or security deposit will be forfeited. Small dogs considered with additional deposit. References, credit and background check is required. Lease term: 12 months, open to 6 months.
