We held an open house and are currently reviewing applications Charming 2 Bed/1Bath Plus Den Condo in Mt. Pleasant Available October 1 (or sooner!). This 2 Bed/1Bath Plus Den condo with central air is located on the top floor of the Park Ridge Condominium. This updated unit features hardwood flooring throughout, abundant natural light throughout, and an in-unit washer/dryer. Its location on the 5th floor means there is no noise from upstairs neighbors and little noise from the outside. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances: an electric range, refrigerator, microwave, and a new dishwasher. The unit has two large bedrooms with closets, large windows, and ceiling fans. The den (or "bonus room") has doors, a window, and a large closet. It's currently used as a home office. Note that these photos are staged and the unit has been painted since. Building: The building has an elevator. Building amenities available to all tenants include a roof deck, bike storage room, fitness room, and locked package room. There is no reserved parking - only street parking. Neighborhood: It is conveniently located near award winning restaurants including Elle, La Tejana, Beau Thai, and Purple Patch, as well as walkable to stores like Target, Giant, and Lidl.
