Currently, there is a waitlist for the 3-bedroom townhouse at this apartment complex, and their current rent is around $2900. However, if you take over our lease, it will be $2350 + Pet fee (if required) + utilities (electricity + water). You will be signing a new 12 month lease with our rate directly with the apartment complex.
