The house was bought in in 2008 and has been updated quite a bit. We painted all the rooms when we first moved in. We bought a new stove and dishwasher last summer. The new A/C / Gaspack last June. The Kitchen floors were tiled in December and screen/ storm door for the front was installed last month. An old rotted fence was taken from the back yard. I love the size of the Kitchen and the Master bedroom. This was our first home we ever owned and has really been a wonderful place.
