Two adults or adult plus child is +$100/month Renter pays 1/3rd of electrical bill, approximate $40-120$ / month. Water, driveway snow removal, firewood, internet and propane included! One small pet considered, No smoking, no parties, or making holes in walls. Owner needs access to cabin once every two months for maintenance of water system in mechanical room.
