There are no parking or docking fees. There’s plenty of indoor storage and a 9’x14’ storage shed. It backs onto NY State land that seems to go on endlessly. Its sewage system is eco friendly. The whole thing is simple and straightforward so it’s easy to open, close and maintain. Nothing needs to be repaired.
